The Enneagram is a System in the oral tradition, identifying nine personality Styles.

The Enneagram:

• gives tools for professional, personal and interpersonal growth
• is useful for individuals, partners or teams to foster better working relationships
• creates a framework to expand ones range of interpersonal strategies with ease
• is similar to other insight-based personality systems such as Myers-Briggs or True Colours, but is more specific, practical and broader-reaching in its impact
